All tables are approx. 6 ft long and approx. 2 ft 3 inches wide .

Yes, we provide tables and chairs at all venues .

 

What are the event times in 2019 ?

Faversham Alexander Centre is from 09.30am to 3pm ; Sevenoaks Stag Plaza is from 10am to 3pm ; Tonbridge Angel Centre is from 10am to 3pm.

 

What are the setting-up /arrival times at the venues?

Faversham is from 08.20am ; Sevenoaks is from 08.15am ; Tonbridge is from 08.30am

 

What are the parking arrangements?

We will send you detailed parking information for all venues including any free ,

and short and long stay paying options nearby.

 

Do I need public liability insurance ?

Yes , all stallholders require public liability insurance . Stallholders may send a copy of their current annual policy when booking . Alternatively , we can arrange a one-off cover for stallholders at £10.00 per event via Event Insurance Services Ltd. £ 1 million cover, £ 250.00 excess.

Yes all of our events are free entry to the public.

 

Do you provide information before the fairs for stallholders?

We provide detailed stallholder information and posters via email approx. 2 weeks before the fairs . This includes all relevant and important information and guidance including timings and parking information .
