Eventissima Artisan Markets Terms and Conditions 2026 : Traders
1. All stall fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable after confirmation in the event of Trader cancellation, for any reason. Traders cannot switch places into a different market date . Bookings may not be reinstated after we have received and processed your cancellation notification. Absolutely no exceptions .
2. Public Liability Insurance is required for all stallholders at Eventissima Artisan Markets. We require a file copy of your policy when you book or at least 14 days before any event date booked. The Trader will forefeit their booking without refund if insurance details are not received by this date.
3. We supply tables and chairs at all events. It is the Trader's responsibility to check the condition of these before use. If there are any safety concerns regarding these , this must be raised immediately . The Organisers take no responsibility for any equipment supplied.
4. Traders space at a market includes the use of one table only . Any additional equipment eg : roller banners / browsers/ freestanding display grids / shelving units / clothing rails / small tables etc , need to be agreed in advance and may not always be able to be accommodated.
5. The Organisers take no responsibility for any loss or damage to Traders stock caused by customers or equipment .
6. The Trader must comply with all UK legal and safety standards for their products and accepts full responsibility for any harm, injury, death, or damage caused by them. (If required, any relevant special details will be requested from the Trader e.g., Food and Drink Registration/ Children’s Toys /Candle,wax products /Cosmetic products / Other categories).
7 (a) If a market ( before it has opened) is cancelled or postponed or adapted or amended by the Venue Management or the Organisers for any reason (including UK Government guidance/regulations/ Covid 19), there will be no refund and the Trader will be offered an available stall either at an alternative venue or at a future date at any venue. The Organisers will not be responsible for any loss or costs incurred in this eventuality .
7 (b) If a market has opened and has then to be abandoned or closed during the event , for any reason , then a credit will be issued based on the time lost . This may be used as part-payment against a future booking .There will be no refund and the Organisers and Venue will not be responsible for any loss or costs incurred.
8. The Organisers’ decision is final in all matters relating to stall bookings and the safe operation of events organised. If a Trader acts disrespectfully or inappropriately towards the Organisers , other traders or customers either on the day of an event , or by phone or email , we reserve the right to revoke your place at the market ( including future markets) without refund .

10. Exclusions: No alcohol may be sold / No Lit Flames or Lit Candles or Mains Electrically operated equipment / No copyright items / Nothing to be attached to venue walls or floors / No knives , blades or swords/ No dangerous or offensive items. We reserve the right to revoke your space at the market immediately without refund if these conditions are not adhered to.
11. The stall layout at any event is pre-planned by the Organiser and is non-negotiable.
12. The Organisers may take photos or videos at any event to post across their website and social media .
13. All traders and market day assistants must be at least 18 years of age.
14. There may be several traders in any product category at any event.
15. All stock, storage boxes and equipment etc must fit neatly under your stall and not pose a trip hazard.
16. Important: If the UK Government reimposes restrictions/reductions on venue capacity and we have to reduce/amend the stall/stalls booked under this booking, we will arrange a transfer to a future alternative event at any available venue. There will be no refund offered in this eventuality.

1. If you buy a product from a market that you are disatisfied with , all issues need to be raised directly with the Trader. Eventissima Events take no responsibility for any product , food or beverage sold at a market.
2. The Organisers may take photos or videos at any event to post across their website and social media.
3 . If a customer acts disrespectfully or inappropriately towards the Organisers, Traders or other customers we reserve the right to ask you to leave the market.
4. It is the customer's responsibility if buying or consuming any food or beverage at a market ( either for
themselves or any other party) , and to alert the Trader to any allergies you ( or any other party) may have , and to take the necessary precautions to keep yourself and others safe. Please
check with a Trader directly before consuming any product purchased at the market.
