How do I reserve a stall at an Eventissima Town Centre Market ?

we will send you the relevant booking details .

All markets require payment at the time of booking. 

We will send you a confirmation email when booked . 

 

 

What are the addresses of the Eventissima venues?

Faversham Alexander Centre , Preston Street , Faversham , Kent ME13 8NZ

Sevenoaks Stag Plaza, London Road , Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1ZZ

One Warwick Park Hotel , 1 Warwick Park , Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 5TA

 

What is the table size at Town Centre markets ?

All tables are approx. 6 ft long 

At some Faversham events tables may be either approx. 6ft or approx. 5 ft long depending on date and room allocated . 

You may book double tables if required.

 

 

What are the stall fees in 2024 /2025 ? 

Please see our ' Market Availability ' page for current stall prices. We use a dynamic pricing system and prices may change on a daily basis according to season and demand.

 

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes, we provide tables and chairs at all venues .

 

What are the Eventissima event times in 2024 ?

Faversham Alexander Centre is from 10am to 3 pm in 2024 ; Sevenoaks Stag Plaza is from 10am to 3pm in 2024 . Tunbridge Wells One Warwick Park Hotel is from 10am to 3.30pm in 2024 ( in 2025 : 10.30am to 3.30pm)

 

What is the footfall/attendance at the events ?

Whilst every effort is made to maximise the attendance at our events , footfall/attendance and sales can never be guaranteed as this is subject to many factors .  

 

What are the normal trader setting-up /arrival times at the venues?

Faversham* is from 08.30am ; Sevenoaks is from 08.30 am ;

Tunbridge Wells is from 0845am.

( * At Faversham setting-up and arrival times may vary according to local events and local road closures e.g.  , Faversham Festival of Transport ,Local Market Days etc and may involve earlier arrival and later departure than usual).

 

What are the parking arrangements?

We will send you detailed parking information for all venues including any free ,

and short and long stay paying options nearby.

 

Do I need public liability insurance ?

Yes , all stallholders require public liability insurance . Stallholders may send a file copy of their current annual policy when booking or before the events booked. Alternatively , we can arrange a one-off cover for stallholders at £13.50 per event date - £ 1 million cover, £ 250.00 excess ( some product categories may not be included) . 

 

Will I need special certification/documentation for certain product types?

 *To sell food and drink to the public on a commercial basis is a legal requirement in the UK. Therefore a trader will need to be fully registered with their local council/EVH office before selling at our markets and will also require their own products and public liability insurance.

* To sell products designed and manufactured as children's toys to the public on a commercial basis is a legal requirement in the UK.  All traders must comply with the relevant UK regulations including UKCA/CE testing and labelling etc. and will also require their own products and public liability insurance.

* Eventissima Events reserves the right to request certification required for any product type at any time .

Are the events Free Entry ?

Yes all of our events are free entry to the public.

 

  Do you provide information before the events for stallholders and traders ? 

We will provide stallholders and traders with relevant information with regard to Government guidance , including detailed stallholder information and posters via email approx. 2 weeks before the market . This includes timings and parking information .

Face masks are no longer compulsory at markets but may be worn as a personal choice . 

All government guidance is subject to change at short notice . 

 

 

What are the benefits of booking with Eventissima Events ?

*For those who use social media, Instagram, Facebook etc, our events are an opportunity for your followers to come and meet you in person and buy your products face to face. This already happens at most of our markets and we find that customers are excited to meet you in person!

 

How can I promote my business ? 

 

As soon as you have booked your stall/s tell everyone, friends, family, followers & customers. 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA - Post on social media asap, let everyone know where you will be and when. Post regularly and set a countdown nearer the time of the market.

 

INSTAGRAM - post regularly and on Instagram stories .

 

FACEBOOK  - post regularly, invite friends to the Facebook event.

 

WHATSAPP  - tell all your contacts . 

 

Share the official flyer, tag Eventissima and the venue.

 

FELLOW STALLHOLDERS  - working together to help each other. Give a shout out to your fellow stallholders in advance.

When you are at the market,  feature your neighbours on social media & afterwards. Share any purchases on social media.  

 

Exclusions and banned items

 

Copyright items/ Lit candles , flames , burners or similar / Trader’s mains operated electrical items and equipment (battery operated equipment is fine)/ Wall mounted displays/ All types of knives (incl domestic), weapons , offensive items , bladed or any sharp objects/ Alcoholic products/ Food and Drink (unless a registered food/drink business)/ You may not attach anything to the venue walls and floors .
